Wabi-Sabi; - From the perspective of a pottery studio, imperfections, inconsistencies and knowing the fragility of what we make is just part of the territory. It takes years to get to a point of near consistency with shapes and colors and even so, “near” is the key word here.
Hand thrown and fired in a oxidized atmosphere. These bowls feature softly textured surface.
Given the nature of handmade stoneware, slight variances in dimensions and glaze application may occur. These differences is what makes our pottery unique.
These pots are dishwasher, food and microwave safe. Although washing by hand is the best option for care.
